It is with a heavy heart that the brothers and sisters of the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters remember Council Representative William “Bill” Sampson III who passed away this week.

“Bill was a devoted 31-year member of our union, a fantastic Council Representative for 22 years, and most importantly a loving husband and father to his family.
