Make Your Voice Heard: Shame on Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse is becoming notorious for hiring companies(like Buffalo Construction) that utilize subcontractors(like J&B) who do not pay area wages and standards. They are currently building a new location in Millsboro, Delaware and we are starting an initiative to put a stop to this.

Can the Community be assured local workers will be used and paid area standard wages and benefits?

Is an accredited Apprentice Program being utilized on this project?

Is Buffalo Construction and J&B bringing out-of-state workers to work on this project?
