As the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America and the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters work towards fully reopening our training centers, we must ensure our facilities are safe for carpenters and staff to return at full capacity.

To meet this requirement, any member who wishes to attend training programs at the International Training Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, or at any of the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters’ 17 training center locations must confirm in the Carpenters International Training Fund’s TRAIN system that they have completed their COVID-19 vaccination and any subsequent booster shots that may arise. The skill code is called (VACCINE) and will also be present in any member’s Personify system as well.

This information will only be used to verify eligibility for carpenters to attend local or ITC training programs and qualify carpenters for work opportunities that require COVID vaccination.

Members can go to their regional training center to show their staff their completed vaccination records. You can use the link below to fill out the Carpenters International Training Fund form stating that there is an understanding that this information is being stored in said systems. Maintaining a safe working and training environment for our members is our top priority. Please take this small but necessary step to keep our training centers and job sites safe. By doing so you are helping to keep union families safe and provide carpenters more opportunities to gain work.
