On Saturday, November 2nd, President Joe Biden returned to the Scranton Union Hall for the third time during his presidency to speak directly to our members.
Whether you want to become a new member or continue your training, it all starts at your local carpenter’s training center!
The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters represent men and women who provide safe, productive work every day. We span a variety of crafts such as general carpentry, pile driving, trade show, interior design, mill cabinet and millwrights. Our state-of-the-art, no debt apprentice training sets the standard in our industry and ensures that workers have the training to operate efficiently and safely on the job site.
The Bipartisan Infrastructure Plan was signed into law by President Joe Biden on November 15, 2021. This was a major victory for the Eastern Atlantic States Carpenters and construction workers across the United States.

The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters is proud to introduce the Union Carpenter Action Network (UCAN), a Council-wide effort to impact our communities and strengthen our union.
It’s important for our members to know how to actively use the MIX 20/20 system. Council Representatives use the referral list from MIX 20/20 to determine who is ready to work.
