Brian Layton

Regional Manager (VA/WV)

Brian Layton is the Regional Manager for Virginia and West Virginia for the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters (EASRCC). He is also the Financial Secretary and Executive Board Member for Local 205 and Conductor and Executive Board Member for EASRCC. In his nearly three decades as a carpenter, Brian has served many roles including Senior Council Representative and Council Representative.

As a Foreman and Steward on various projects, Brian assisted in the construction of several hospitals including St. Mary’s and VCU Medical Center (formerly the Medical College of Virginia) in Richmond, numerous retail centers, multiple school additions, and new constructions, semiconductor plants, and the Virginia State Library Building.

A native of Richmond, Brian has lived in New Kent, VA since 1999. He has one child and a grandchild.
