Bruce D. Garganio has served as Regional Manager at the Eastern Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters (EASRCC) since 2011, where he oversees operations in New Jersey, Delaware, the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He is the former Freeholder Director of the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders, managing a $300 million budget and 1,400 employees. From 1982 to 2011, Bruce served as a Foreman Carpenter at the United Brotherhood of Carpenters Local 1489.
Since 1987, Bruce has held a variety of volunteer, appointed, and elected positions in Burlington County, NJ, and in his hometown of Florence, where he currently serves as a local Councilmember. Bruce is a Commissioner of the Delaware River Port Authority, first appointed by Governor Chris Christie and reappointed Governor Phillip Murphy, where he oversees the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross Bridges and the Patco Transit Line. He is also the Financial Secretary for Carpenters Local Union 255 and a Board Member at the EASRCC.
Bruce and his wife Linda have two grown daughters and three grandchildren.
