Darren Bonass

Interim Regional Manager

Darren Bonass is a 23-year member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, having joined in 2003 with Local 465 (now Local 164). He began serving on staff as an Organizer in 2012 and was later promoted to Senior Council Representative in 2019. In 2026, Darren was appointed Interim Regional Manager, overseeing Southeastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

Darren currently serves on the Pension Board for the Eastern Atlantic States Carpenters Funds and has been on the Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board for Delaware County since 2021.

Darren immigrated from Ireland to Delaware County in 1990, wehre he met his wife. They now reside in Havertown, Pennsylvania, with their three children.
