It is with a heavy heart that we inform the brothers and sisters of the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters of the passing of former Training Instructor for the Joint Apprentice Training Center of Philadelphia, Joseph Cottman.
Joseph was a proud U.S. Marine, and Vietnam Veteran who served our country with honor. He was also a proud carpenter, being a member for over 50 years and serving as the long time treasurer for Local Union 8. For those who would like to pay their respects, information is below for the service and visitation.
