Robin Reape

Creative Communications Manager

Robin Reape is the Creative Communication Manager for the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, a role she has held since October 2024. She leads the Communications team, focusing on branding, design, and overall team management while shaping and strengthening the council’s public presence.

Robin brings a strong creative and strategic background to her role. She earned dual degrees in Marketing and Graphic Design from Temple University, combining strategy with visual storytelling to support the organization’s mission.

Originally from Ambler, Pennsylvania, Robin grew up in a union household, with her father who has been a Millwright since 1997. She now resides in South Philadelphia with her husband, Ben.
