EAS Carpenters Local Union 253 is continuing its ten-year tradition this holiday season and helping to bring Santa Claus back to Jersey City.  In partnership with the South Hudson Civic Association, union carpenters help collect toys for the annual ‘Breakfast with Santa.’ at the Moose Lodge. Many children in the Jersey City area look forward to lining up for their picture with Santa and receiving one of several hundred donated presents.

This year, in an effort to expand toy donations, the EAS took to the airwaves by engaging Q104.3, one of the region’s most popular FM radio stations. Listeners of Q104.3 will hear ad’s announcing additional toy drop-off locations leading up to the event. Make sure to listen and help spread the word about Local Union 253 for this praiseworthy event.
